olive oil

apple cider vinegar

kosher salt
Creamy Herb Vinegar Dip:
▢

plain greek yogurt
▢

tablespoons
apple cider vinegar
▢

teaspoon
salt
▢

tablespoon
fresh chives, chopped
▢

teaspoon
fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. You want your pasta to be al dente.
Place the pasta and remaining ingredients back in the pasta pot and stir to coat the pasta.
Place the pasta in the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes opening to give the pasta chips a shake halfway through.
Whisk Creamy Herb Vinegar Dip ingredients in a bowl to combine.
Serve pasta chips with dip on the side.
