Ingredients

  • Veggie Ideas for Steaming greek yogurt
  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 1 pound cauliflower florets
  • 4 cups baby or chopped carrots
  • 1 butternut squash, peeled and chopped
  • 4 corn cobs, chopped into 2-inch wheels
  • 2 zucchini, chopped

Preparation

1. Fill a pot with 1-2 inches of water, and place a steamer basket in the pot.

2. Bring the water to a boil, add the veggies of choice, and cover the pot.

3. Steam the veggies until fork tender, about 5-7 minutes for most bite-sized veggies.
