Ingredients

Chicken Stock (you can also use vegetable stock)

Cup
water
1/2
Tsp
kosher salt
1
Cup
couscous
1/3
Cup
raisins
1/3
Cup
Sliced Almond
Instructions
Place stock, water and salt in a small saucepan and bring to a boil
Add the couscous and raisins, cover and turn off the heat.
Allow the couscous to sit, covered for 5 minutes.
Add the almonds and fluff the couscous with a fork.
Serve.
