Ingredients

cup
of O shaped pasta
▢
1
cup
cilantro leaves and stems
▢
2
tablespoons
olive oil, or more if needed
▢
2
tablespoons
whole milk cottage cheese
Instructions
Cook pasta until tender in boiling water according to package
directions.
Drain pasta and let cool.
Place cilantro and olive oil in a food processor and puree until
smooth.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl to combine.
Serve.
