olive oil

garlic cloves, minced
▢

2-inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled and thinly sliced
▢

bunches
kale, spinach, or swiss chard, thinly sliced
▢
1/4
teaspoon
kosher salt
▢

tablespoons
water
Instructions
Heat oil in a large sauce pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and turmeric and saute for 30 seconds.
Add kale and salt and saute for 1 minute.
Add water to the pan and cook stirring until the greens are just wilted and serve.
