Ingredients  

  • 1 cup greek yogurt (0 or 2 %)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 small apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds (ground or whole)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
