Pasta with Broccolini

Ingredients  

  • 1 Pound Broccolini, chopped
  • 12 Ounces pasta
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1/2 Cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Instructions 

  • Bring large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • In the last 3 minutes of the pasta cooking time, add the broccolini.
  • Drain the pasta and broccolini and place in the bowl.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and throughly combine.
  • Serve.
