Fattoush Salad

Ingredients  

  • 4 cups chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 2 persian cucumbers
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups baked pita chips

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers and green onions.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and salt. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine well.
  • Add the baked pita chips and toss to combine.
