Chai Beauty Greens Smoothie

Ingredients  

  • 1 1/2 cups (45 g) fresh spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and sliced (optional)
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 serving collagen peptides
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon chai spice (or 1/8 tsp of cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, and cloves to make your own blend)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 handful ice

Instructions 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
