This Chai Beauty Greens Smoothie is for anyone who wants a low-sugar smoothie that makes you glow from head to toe!
Whenever I drink this smoothie I feel like I’m doing so many good things or my body. The collagen peptides help strengthen hair, skin, and nails. The chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which support brain function (and help me stay full until lunch), and the spinach is high in insoluble fiber and packed with so many important vitamins and nutrients. The chai spices (my favorite is a combination of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves) aid digestion and have a warming effect in your body.

What the heck is chai spices??? I looked up “chai spices near me” and only came up with recipes on how to make your own chai spices. I’ve looked in several stores for chai spices and only found chai tea. It doesn’t even say how much of the spices to mix here. I love this book – but I hate how vague this one is. Really wanted to try this one out. Please just say how much of what to put in the smoothie – I don’t want to experiment on a budget.
Hi Mary Sue – sorry for the confusion. This Chai Spice would work in this recipe (https://amzn.to/3O74Zgj) or you could mix 1/8 tsp of each of the other spices listed to make a similar spice mix. Hope that’s helpful!
