Meal Plan -- Week 18

It's Halloween week! One of our favorite holidays. We're all still getting our costumes together, and the week wouldn't be complete without some super fun (and spooky) Halloween recipes!

BREAKFAST:

This Spookie Smoothie is on the menu (of course) for breakfast this week along with my Crazy Healthy Smoothie, Blueberry Chia Smoothie and Cacao Banana Date Smoothie from Smoothie Project Cookbook. We're also planning on Banana Split Breakfast for the weekend.

SNACKS:

Keeping along with the Halloween theme this week we're making these fun (and healthy) Tangerine Pumpkins + Banana Ghosts along with Cookie Dough Bites, Pumpkin Pie Pop Tarts and Deviled Egg Spiders

LUNCH:

Spooky Grilled Cheese and Mummy Dogs are a fun Halloween take on some classics. We're also making Creepy Halloween Lunch and Spooky School Lunch!

DINNER:

Sunday: Asian Sautéed Shrimp is the easiest and yummiest shrimp recipe you'll ever make. We're having Un-Fried Rice and Steamed Broccoli on the side.

Monday: Vegetarian Chili with Corn Bread from One Potato is the perfect (easiest) meal for #meatlessmonday.

Tuesday: Chicken with Shanghai Rice Cakes from One Potato is one of Gemma's favorites. She loves helping me make this recipe.

Wednesday:  Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf Bites is not your mama's meatloaf. They're so yummy. We're pairing them with Mascarpone Mashed Potatoes and Cinnamon Roast Butternut Squash

Thursday: Oven Fried Chicken with Smashed Peas and Cheddar Biscuits from One Potato is a delicious (and healthier) version of fried chicken.

Friday: Pizza night! We're making Green Machine Pizzas and then a Gummy Graveyard for a spooky dessert!

Saturday: Order in from local restaurant and snack on some dye free Halloween candy at home!

Happy Halloween! Stay safe out there.
