Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Notes
Optional additions: 1 serving of protein powder (I prefer vanilla flavored) or collagen peptides, hemp seeds, bee pollen or chia seeds.
Use any milk of your choice can be substituted for the orange juice.
