Green Apple Juice
Ingredients
- 1 whole apple, chopped,
- chopped pineapple
- 1 cup packed chopped kale
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 lemon
- honey, to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve into cups and serve.
