Homemade Applesauce
Homemade applesauce made with just apples and a touch of cinnamon, no added sugar. A great first food for baby or an easy snack for the whole family.

apple,
peeled and chopped into large chunks

Instructions
Place chopped apples in a steamer pot over boiling water.
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until fork tender.
Place apples and cinnamon in a food processor and puree until smooth.
Cool and serve.
Notes
Note: This recipe is intended as baby food, but if you want to make a larger amount, just use more apples and adjust cinnamon to taste!
