Ingredients
1
medium zucchini, sliced
1
cup
broccoli florets
1/4
cup
tomato
or marinara sauce
2
tablespoons
parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
Place the zucchini and broccoli florets in a steamer pot over boiling water, steam for 5 minutes and allow to cool.
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
Serve.
