Ingredients

skinless chicken breasts
1/4

finely chopped fresh or dried herbs (I used parsley, cilantro, and basil)

garlic, minced

fresh lemon juice

kosher salt

olive oil

teaspoon
paprika
Instructions
Use a meat mallet to flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
Place the chicken in a pie plate or large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 20 minutes or up to overnight.
Preheat a large sauté pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serve with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
