banana
1/2
cup
frozen riced cauliflower
1
cup
frozen mango
1
tablespoon
hemp seeds
2
teaspoons
coconut oil
2
teaspoons
bee pollen, optional
1/2
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/4
teaspoon
ground turmeric
1
pinch
crushed black pepper
1 1/2
cups
milk
(any kind of milk will work)
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
Notes
Frozen riced cauliflower works best here.
Raw or steamed both work, just make sure it goes in frozen. You cannot taste it!
Black pepper and coconut oil are important.
Don't skip them! They work together to maximize the turmeric's absorption and anti-inflammatory benefits.
Add a scoop of protein powder
if you'd like an extra boost. Vanilla flavor works especially well.
Want a little heat?
Add a small pinch of cayenne pepper.
If using fresh mango instead of frozen,
add a handful of ice to get that thick, creamy texture.
