Ingredients

pound
Baby Carrots (you could also large peeled carrots cut into stick shapes)

tablespoon
maple syrup
2
tablespoon
olive oil
sea or kosher salt, to taste
Olive or Vegetable spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the carrots with the maple syrup, oil and salt.
Lightly coat a cookie sheet with spray.
Place the carrots on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes or until tender and golden.
