Tropical Coconut Smoothie
Smoothies are nutritious and fun for kids of almost any age to help prepare with you, and they're also a great use of any fruit you have laying around that may be overripe and otherwise going to waste.

Ingredients

cup
coconut milk (canned is fine)
1/3
cup
plain or greek yogurt

banana (frozen if you want it extra creamy!)
1
cup
pineapple, cubed (frozen if you want)

tablespoons
agave or honey
hand full of ice (omit if using frozen banana or pineapple)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Serve.
Notes
*Do not add honey for children under 12 months.
