Ingredients

bell peppers, seeded and cut into triangles

light sour cream

teaspoon
lime juice

persian
cucumber, diced

quartered cherry tomatoes

avocado, pitted

tablespoons
grated mexican blend cheese
Instructions
Place the bell pepper “chips” on a plate.
Whisk the sour cream and lime juice in a small bowl.
Drizzle the bell pepper “chips” with sour cream sauce and the remaining ingredients to form veggie nachos.
