Dragon Berry Smoothie
This stunning pink smoothie is made with frozen pitaya, raspberries, banana, and raw beet for a naturally sweet, nutrient-packed drink the whole family will love.

Ingredients

banana
3.4 ounce
packet
frozen dragon fruit
(about 1/2 cup)

cup
frozen raspberries

tablespoons
raw beet, peeled
1
date, pitt removed
1
teaspoon
bee pollen, optional

tablespoon
hemp seeds

tablespoons
unsalted cashews, soaked 2 hours to overnight
1 1/4
cups
almond milk
(or milk of choice)

kefir, optional
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes
Soak cashews for at least 2 hours before blending. In a pinch, a 30 minute soak in hot water helps.
Not a fan of beets? Swap for frozen riced cauliflower or leave it out entirely. Just know the smoothie won't be quite as vibrantly pink.
Add a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost. Vanilla works especially well.
If using fresh dragon fruit, add a handful of ice to get that thick, frosty texture.
