Ingredients

arugula (or favorite salad greens)

pear, cored and sliced thin

pomegranate seeds

persimmon, sliced

walnuts, toasted
1/4

feta cheese, crumbled
Dressing:

small shallot, finely diced

tablespoons
fig or regular balsamic vinegar

olive oil

Instructions
Place all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Place the vinaigrette ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously to combine,
Drizzle some of the vinaigrette over the salad and toss to just coat the salad.
