Ingredients

cups chopped
lettuce
1
cup
halved cherry tomatoes
2
persian cucumbers
1
green bell pepper, diced
2
Green Onions, chopped
of 1 lemon
2
tablespoon
olive oil
1
garlic clove, minced
1/2
teaspoon
kosher salt
2
cups
baked pita chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers and green onions.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and salt. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine well.
Add the baked pita chips and toss to combine.
