Frozen Pea Popsicles

A fun two-ingredient frozen treat made from whole sweet peas and water. An easy, playful way to get kids snacking on vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bag frozen peas
  • water

Instructions

  • Fill popsicle molds to the top with frozen peas.
  • Cover with cold water and place a stick in each mold.
  • Freeze for 3 hours, or until completely solid.
  • To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release.

Notes

Storage: Keep the popsicles in the freezer in their molds, or pop them out once solid and store them in a freezer bag so you can reuse the molds. They'll keep for up to 2 weeks.
