Notes
Note: Nutrition is for fresh herb marinade. To Freeze: Place marinated chicken in a labeled, freezer-safe bag. Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking, or cook from frozen in the oven adding about 50% extra cooking time.Marinating Time: Don’t marinate chicken for longer than 24 hours. The acid in some marinades can start to “cook” the chicken and change the texture, making it a little mushy.
