Ingredients

salmon filet

teaspoon
kosher salt, to taste
1-2
teaspoons
seasoning blend of choice (optional)
Instructions
Preheat broiler. Place salmon skin side down on a parchment or foil lined baking sheet.
Season with salt and seasoning of choice. Broil salmon on the top rack (about 4-6 inches from the heat source) for 8-10 minutes or until golden.

Note: if you want extra golden, crispy salmon, brush with oil and then season, or season and then spray with oil. Either way works.
