Ingredients

kale or greens of your choice

garlic clove
1
tablespoon
chopped onion
1/8
teaspoons
dried oregano
1/2
cup
cooked brown rice
1
cup
cooked white beans
1/2
cup
chopped tomatoes, fresh or canned
Instructions
Place the kale in a steamer pot over boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.
Add the garlic and onion and continue cooking for 6 more minutes.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
Cool and serve.
