Cut the watermelon in half then into 1 inch half moons.
Remove the rind and cut into 3 inch sticks.
Sprinkle with Tajin if desired.
For the Honey Lime Yogurt Dip:
Mix ingredients until combined.
Notes
Pick a good watermelon: Look for one that feels heavy for its size, has a creamy yellow field spot (where it rested on the ground), and gives a deep hollow sound when tapped!
Make ahead: The yogurt dip can be made 1–2 days in advance and stored in the fridge.
Storage: Cut watermelon can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Wait on the Tajín: Don’t sprinkle until serving, otherwise it can draw out water from the melon.
