Cool off with this easy 3-ingredient Watermelon Slushie! Made with fresh watermelon, lime juice, and ice, it's the perfect refreshing drink for hot summer days!

Instructions
Cut the rind off the watermelon and cut into 1 inch cubes. Place in a large bowl and freeze for at least 4-5 hours and up to overnight.
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and using a tamper* push down the watermelon chunks until fully combined and almost creamy.
Serve in bowls or cups with a spoon.
Notes
Blender Tamper*: If you don't have a high speed blender that comes with a tamper you can start and stop your blender and use a spatula to press the mixture down towards the blades.
Play with Variations: Feel free to get creative with your slushie. Add a handful of mint leaves for a refreshing twist, or throw in a splash of coconut water for added electrolytes.
