Air Fryer Salt and Vinegar Pasta Chips are a super quick, crunchy snack that you won’t be able to stop eating.
Crispy Pasta Chips are our new favorite snack! Kenya has been experimenting in the kitchen a lot lately and these Salt and Vinegar Pasta Chips are his newest creation. Salt and vinegar has always been one of our favorite flavor combinations in our house so these pasta chips are one of our go-to’s now. Crispy, crunchy and super satisfying!
Crispy Pasta Chips have been around for a long time, but typically, they’re deep fried. These are air fried which makes them a slightly healthier version of traditional chips but just as crispy and delicious. Pasta chips are super fun with endless possibilities of flavor combinations and you can use whatever pasta shape you like! Plus if you wanted to use chickpea pasta, pea pasta or lentil pasta you totally could! These are a super crunchy and addictive snack perfect for after school!
Pasta Chips are a great recipe for a big group too! I’ve made these for Gemma and her friends so many times and they love them. They’re super affordable, quick and easy, and you can make a ton of flavor combinations, like these Churro Pasta Chips, so you never get bored of them. Plus, I’m sure tons of us have half full boxes of pasta in our pantry that we’re looking to use up! Use them for these!
Also, don’t skip the dip! The dip that I paired along with these Salt and Vinegar Crispy Pasta Chips is out of control. It takes these crunchy chips to a whole other level by adding a delightful bit of tang that you’ll want to eat by the spoonful!

Is there a way to make these without an air fryer? Perhaps with the oven instead?
Hiya – what do you think of the hearts of palm pasta from Trader Joe’s? A different consistency so curious if that would work?! Thanks!
