Traditionally pasta chips are deep fried, but this version in the air fryer delivers a slightly healthier chip that packs the same delicious crispiness as their deep fried counterpart. The best part about pasta chips is all of the flavor combos you can make!

For these I wanted something sweet that resembled a hot crispy churro, and they absolutely delivered! The cinnamon and sugar combination is out of this world. It make be feel like we were chomping down on a churro at Disneyland! If you're looking for a quick snack to satisfy a sweet craving, these Churro Pasta Chips are for you!

Air Fryer Churro Pasta Chips (Makes 2 cups)

Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins


  • 8 ounces (about 2 cups) pasta
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon


1. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. You want your pasta to be al dente.

2. Place the pasta and remaining ingredients back in the pasta pot and stir to coat the pasta.

3. Place the pasta in the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes opening to give the pasta chips a shake halfway through to make sure they’re all crunchy and golden.
