Homemade french fries are super easy to make, and are just as crispy and delicious as any fast food fries. Air Fryer French Fries are much healthier, though, because you can use a fraction of the oil! Serve with ketchup, mustard, or ranch dressing for dipping.

Air Fryer French Fries

Cook Time 20 minutes
Total Time 30 minutes

Ingredients  

  • 1 large russet potato
  • 2 teaspoons olive, vegetable, avocado or canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions 

  • Cut the fries into 1/2 inch sticks. 
  • Place the fries in a bowl and drizzle with olive and salt.
  • Place in air fryer and cook for 18-20 minutes at 400 degrees.

  2. I did garlic bread sticks and sausage on rotisserie love the way they were juicy but all the grease on tray
