Summertime is here! In my book that means lots and lots of ice pops. Whether you call them popsicles, frozen fruit on a stick, freezer pops or ice lollies, I guarantee that everyone in your house will call these Fruity Lemonade Ice Pops refreshing and delish. Hello,

I just purchased a popsicle mold that uses popsicle sticks. What I’m wondering is if I could take the frozen popsicles out, wrap them in parchment or something like that and just store them in a container…just like if I were to buy a box of premade treats from the store? My family goes through popsicles too quickly!

Yes, you can! I would put a layer of parchment paper between each pop, or wrap each one in parchment, just to make sure they don’t stick together!

Thank you! I am a huge fan of yours. My family loves your potato fans, I served them to a group of adults and they went nuts! Every recipe I try I fall in love with :)

If you don’t have the molds… be inventive.
Use paper cups / freeze halfway / insert craftsticks.
It works, and is a green idea vs plastic molds…

Well, its not exactally a “green” idea, but it is a good one. I find with Dixie cups tho, that it takes two with really wet items such as juices as they tend to leak.

What brand molds did you use? I looked on amazon but couldn’t seem to find the ones you had on the video.
