The idea for today’s recipe was sent to me by a Weelicious reader. Her kid loves when she makes it and so she wanted to share it with me. I altered it slightly and it turned out to be just as big of a hit with my two kids as it was with her’s.
I tend to make savory dips, but sweet ones like this Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip can be a fun change of pace and since it’s made with Greek yogurt and any kind of nut butter your family enjoys, it’s also a great way to give your kids a double shot of protein.
Served alongside fruit, pretzels, or crackers; spread on toast; or even swirled into hot cereal, it’s truly simple, kid-friendly, and sooooooo scrumptious.

Yes you can! It will be thinner and probably sweeter.
Could we use regular yogurt instead of greek? I don’t care for the taste/texture of Greek. i can’t wait to try this for my toddler!
[…] Almond Butter Honey Yogurt Dip is a healthy and delicious snack idea that I got from Weelicious! The recipe only calls for three ingredients with an optional fourth, that I’ve added in. I […]
We made this today for the Children’s Christmas Party for my husband’s squadron. In case anyone had allergies, I used sunbutter instead of PB, and it was a huge hit! Thanks for the delicious idea!
I eat this all the time! Depending what I have I might use vanilla greek yogurt without the honey added. My one year old LOVES this for breakfast with some fresh or canned peaches mixed in and some wheat germ sprinkled on top (he won’t eat peaches unless they are mixed in…kids are weird….)
OMG! This is delicious! Made it with peanut butter and I think I could finish the whole thing off with a spoon! My toddler basically did!
Just made this (with almond butter and non-Greek yogurt) and I want to eat the whole thing! Very tasty! I’m sure my girlfriends will enjoy it when I bring it to our game night tonight.

We always add a little dash of cinnamon too.
I haven’t had it separate, but it also has lasted more than 3 days in my fridge. it all gets eaten!
Does it keep for very long? Or does it separate out after a while?
YES, please! This sounds delicious. 🙂 I might whip this up with almond butter so I can send it with my son to school.
What would you suggest using to make a non-dairy version?
I also mixed tahini in and thought it was tasty.
Just had this today! I used the Bees Knees pb from Peanut Butter and Co, soo good! I’ve also tried almond butter, which is amazing. Thanks!!
