Cranberry Apple Chutney (makes 3 Cups)

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 Celery Stalks, diced
  • 1 12 oz Bag Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 Green apple, peeled and diced
  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

Preparation

1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a saucepan over medium heat and cook the onions and celery for 5 minutes or until tender.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, stir, cover and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally while cooking.
3. Serve.
