Vanilla Cinnamon Date Shake

A thick, creamy date shake sweetened naturally with dates and banana, plus a scoop of frozen cauliflower for extra creaminess you'd never guess is there.

Ingredients  

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 3 dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons flax seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice

Instructions 

  • Place ingredients in blender in order given.
  • Puree until smooth.

  1. My kids (18 months and 4 years) loved this smoothie- and I did too! Super creamy and delicious. I omitted the hemp hearts bc my son reacts to them but other than that, I didn’t change a thing. Used almond milk.

  2. This was so good! My kids loved it. We didn’t have frozen bananas on hand, so I use applesauce instead and threw in a few ice cubes. We used almond milk.
