These were delicious and my son loved them! The only thing is that mine didn’t come out red… The batter was red but when I cooked them they turned brown. Any suggestions?
Second weekend in a row making these – love them! (and my no-veggie-eating son again gobbled up a bowl of the pureed beets)
Today I’m trying them gluten free … I’ll Let you know how they turn out!
My fam thought these were delicious! How do you roast the beets? Mine were a little lumpy but still so tasty! And on 4th of July they were very patriotic too
I made these a week ago and they are so delicious! Too bad no one else in my family cares for them. Spread some cream cheese on them and I could eat the whole batch!
