If there’s one activity that happens non-stop during Memorial Day weekend, it’s snacking. While the kids are swimming and running around, adults huddle together watching the game, chatting away, and everyone anticipates when the next delectable tray of goodies will arrive. These 12 two-topping bites will satisfy everyone’s craving for something salty, sweet, and/or savory on top of the perfect canvas.

When I was making a batch this weekend, the kids were snacking on the individual Lance Gluten Free Crackers and instructing me on what they thought would be the best two-topping combos. Admittedly, a few of the combos were way out there, but the majority made the list – like peanut butter and chocolate (Chloe’s and my personal favorite), pesto with cherry tomato (Kenya’s favorite), and hummus with two olive slices that Gemma snarfed up the second we gave them to her. Knowing that we would be making them for a group of people with varied preferences, we tried to pick combos that everyone would enjoy. Plus, the fact that the crackers are gluten free was a major win in satisfying our crew.
