This is my first time of seeing this page, is really nice.
Kale should work just fine! Try baby kale as it will be easier to blend to a smooth consistency!
I wonder how well kale would work..?
In stead of raw spinach, can I steam or boil the spinach then blend with banana?
My baby is very picky but LOVED this purée (and by “very picky” I mean that feedings can take btwn 30-45 mins without her finishing; she was done with this mixture in 5 mins! How long can this purée be kept in the refrigerator?
I think that would be okay if you drained out most of the liquid! The only reason I would say no is that fresh spinach has more nutrition!
Can I use frozen spinach instead of fresh?
Yes! Freeze baby food in small freezer safe containers, like Wean Green, for up to 3 months!
are most of the recipes freezeable?? thanks
My son, age 7 months, loved it!!
uuuummmmmmmmm! looks delicious!
