  1. Kale should work just fine! Try baby kale as it will be easier to blend to a smooth consistency!

  2. My baby is very picky but LOVED this purée (and by “very picky” I mean that feedings can take btwn 30-45 mins without her finishing; she was done with this mixture in 5 mins! How long can this purée be kept in the refrigerator?

  3. I think that would be okay if you drained out most of the liquid! The only reason I would say no is that fresh spinach has more nutrition!

  4. Yes! Freeze baby food in small freezer safe containers, like Wean Green, for up to 3 months!
