My daughter loved this! I'm wondering if you could you substitute Turkey and use the same recipe to make a turkey stew? Or would the turkey get too tough during cooking?

@Jennifer - while I haven't made this particular beef recipe, I can tell you that beef stew like this does freeze well! Depending on the age of your baby, you can freeze it with more/less broth. My almost 11 month old won't use a spoon these days, so we save most of the broth and freeze it separately in ice cube trays and then transfer to zip top bags.

THANK YOU! I just fed this to my 10 month old and he liked it. He's been pushing back on the fingerfoods so I was thrilled to make this (with no salt or canned goods). Ahh, now i just need to find more of this type of recipe- exciting for me and edible for him. thank you so much!
