Cucumber Yogurt Dip VIDEO

Share

Dip, dip, dip! My kids love some dip. Actually, our whole family adores it, as we tend to use dips in different ways.

This versatile Cucumber Yogurt Dip recipe is great to add to school lunch accompanied by some veggies to dip in it, fruit, Mini Baby Bel cheese and some pita pizza. Or you can use it to enjoy with a gorgeous piece of salmon for dinner. And my hubby has been known to spread it on a sandwich. I often double or even triple the recipe so I can use it all week, as my kids have a habit of simply eating huge scoopfuls right off the spoon. Yes, it's that good!

This recipe is from my newest cookbook, Weelicious Lunches!

THANK YOU for reminding me about this simple dip. Greta used to eat anything, i mean, anything. But 2 months into preschool she won’t eat any vegetables in her lunch anymore. I’ve got to start sending with dips. Duh, I know, but it’s getting ahead of the game enough to make them. I’m digging into Weelicious to find all the best ones.

P.S. Babybel is the one thing I put in her lunch she always, always eats.

We love dips too and the lunch box items look yummy, except for the Baby Bell cheeses, which we avoid, because of GMOs:(
