Dip, dip, dip! My kids love some dip. Actually, our whole family adores it, as we tend to use dips in different ways.
This versatile Cucumber Yogurt Dip recipe is great to add to school lunch accompanied by some veggies to dip in it, fruit, Mini Baby Bel cheese and some pita pizza. Or you can use it to enjoy with a gorgeous piece of this Mediterranean salmon recipe for dinner. And my hubby has been known to spread it on a sandwich. I often double or even triple the recipe so I can use it all week, as my kids have a habit of simply eating huge scoopfuls right off the spoon. Yes, it’s that good!
This recipe is from my newest cookbook, Weelicious Lunches!

THANK YOU for reminding me about this simple dip. Greta used to eat anything, i mean, anything. But 2 months into preschool she won’t eat any vegetables in her lunch anymore. I’ve got to start sending with dips. Duh, I know, but it’s getting ahead of the game enough to make them. I’m digging into Weelicious to find all the best ones.
P.S. Babybel is the one thing I put in her lunch she always, always eats.

Where can we purchase this lunch tray? I love all of the separate compartments. Thanks.
omg, I am seriously OBSESSED with babybel. I used to buy them for my clients and I’d end up eating them all myself. Can’t stop, won’t stop 🙂
Will you make me lunches every am too?
kthanksbye
My kiddies love to dip, dip. dip. So easy, definitely making this one!
What Tracy said! Gimme the diiiiiiip.
We love dips too and the lunch box items look yummy, except for the Baby Bell cheeses, which we avoid, because of GMOs:(
this dip looks awesome- I would love to scoop it up with some pita! And I still at baby bell cheeses 🙂
I have such fond memories of Babybel! Yumm!!!
Love Greek yogurt. Love veggies. Thanks for the great idea!
Would like it much better if the cukes were grated and NO yogurt!! Sour cream!!
