We’ve been making blender ice cream for years! If I ask the kids what they want as a special treat after dinner (or even for brekkie) this is our go-to. It’s crazy healthy and super easy to make.

It all started with Decadent Chocolate Banana Ice Cream and Yogurt Cinnamon Honey Ice Cream and has cruised on from there. You can add a ton of different mix-ins as well, but this one is so gorgeous in color and bright in flavor you want to leave it the way nature intended it to be. It’s all about starting with frozen pitaya, bananas and strawberries, adding collagen to boost the protein and creamy texture, adding a little milk and letting your amazing blender do its thing!

If you’re looking for a dessert that feels naughty and nice at the same time this NICE cream will be your new fave!

  1. This looks awesome! I’d really like to give my one year old twins this, do you think over one year is ok for collagen? We use vital proteins
