Roast Fingerling Potatoes (Serves 4)

  • 1 Lb Fingerling Potatoes, cut in half
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tsp sea or kosher salt


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Toss the potatoes with the olive oil and salt on a sheet tray.
3. Bake for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are golden on the exterior and tender inside.
4. Serve.
