Potatoes are as all-American as apple pie no matter whether you mash them, bake them or turn them into these crunchy Potato Fans.     After first 30 minutes and second application of butter/oil, how much longer do you bake the potatoes before they’re done?

      Another 30-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden on top!

      I feel like you could try it with sun chokes, but it’s the starch in the potato that makes them to crispy on the outside and tender inside.
