I first made these Mason Jar Parfaits for my monthly snack mom column in Parents Magazine. They’re made with layer after layer of creamy yogurt, fresh berries like raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or strawberries and tons of crunchy granola in between. Whenever I hit a wall early in the morning when we’re rushed for time and I want to make something I know the kids will love this is one of the recipes I fall back on. This isn’t the only recipe I like making in Mason Jars, though. You have to try Refrigerator Oatmeal or these Kiwi Persimmon Parfaits which are always a favorite.

Mason Jar Parfaits

Stacked and layered, glass Mason Jars are the perfect vessel for so many of your favorite foods. These Mason Jar Parfaits are off the hook delicious!

Ingredients  

  • 1 1/2 cups greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 6 graham crackers, crushed, about 3/4 cup
  • 1 1/2 cups berries

Instructions 

  • In a bowl, stir together the yogurt and honey to combine well.
  • Layer in the mason jars: 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers, and 6-8 berries. Repeat layering to fill each jar.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
