I first made these Mason Jar Parfaits for my monthly snack mom column in Parents Magazine. They’re made with layer after layer of creamy yogurt, fresh berries like raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or strawberries and tons of crunchy granola in between. You can use a nut free granola like this one or this http_//weelicious.com/2016/01/04/super-healthy-granola-recipe/ we have been making for years.

Whenever I hit a wall early in the morning when we’re rushed for time and I want to make something I know the kids will love this is one of the recipes I fall back on. This isn’t the only recipe I like making in Mason Jars, though. You have to try Refrigerator Oatmeal or these Kiwi Persimmon Parfaits which are always a favorite.
