This looks delish! Although, I wonder if I could substitute raw honey for the powdered sugar? What do you think?

The powdered sugar changes the consistency of the peanut butter to make it less sticky and able to roll into balls. Raw honey wouldn’t do the same thing since it’s really the powder that changes the consistency. You could definitely try it, but it’ll be more difficult to shape!

I used natural peanut butter but couldn’t get it to stick together like yours. I tried adding more powdered sugar but no luck. Was that because it was natural? We still enjoyed them, they were just just a bit messy!

Hmm strange. I use natural peanut butter, too! Maybe try adding a little more powdered sugar?

Adorable video! You really rock as a multi-tasker…lol! I am by far not an expert baker, but I made some of my own chocolates this last winter and found a great tip online for the chocolate…melt it and then pour it into a squeeze bottle. It makes filling the molds or liners a breeze. Loved your little helper and that you didn’t stop him from being himself.
