This nut-free snack board is perfect to serve as a fun appetizer when you have guests over for dinner. 

I am all about the snack boards! They’re so much fun to put together, they draw everyone in and there’s so much variety to choose from. It is important to note any food allergies when serving a crowd, so I came up with this nut-free snack board that can be served to friends with nut allergies. It’s perfect for a birthday party, end of year or back to school pool party or even when you’re entertaining friends. 

Watching kids suffer or feel left out because of a food allergy shouldn’t happen. There are so many ways for kids to feel included in healthy treats that everyone can enjoy. Its all about balance and nutrient dense foods that are easy to pick at and munch on.

Visit your local farmer’s marker or grocery and have fun wandering the snack aisle to see what pops out at you. This is a great activity to get your kids involved in too. There are endless nut-free treasures all around your market. Dips are always a hit, and make sure you have a good variety of chips and veggies to dip into them. Crunchy vegetables and especially lettuce boats that you can use to pile an array of foods into.
