Vanilla Avocado Greens Smoothie

Years ago, my babysitter introduced me to the idea of using avocados in sweet milkshakes. Until then I had only ever had avocados in savory dishes like guacamole, sandwiches, and salads. My mind was blown!

Avocado adds so much decadent creaminess to milkshakes... and now to our morning smoothies. It's no wonder this superfood is often nicknamed "vegan butter". We've all spread it onto our toast by now, right?!

Plus, they're filled with tons of vitamins and minerals. Just half an avocado in your breakfast will deliver a serious nutrient punch! I've kept it simple in this Vanilla Avocado Greens Smoothie, but you can certainly get creative and add it to any of your favorite smoothies
