I’m surpised this recipe is in the 10-12 month age category, because honey is an ingredient. Honey is not recommended until after 1 year. Honey can contain spores of a bacterium called Clostridium botulinum, which can germinate in a baby’s immature digestive system and cause infant botulism, a rare but potentially fatal illness.
Hi! I love all your recipes and look forward to new ones posting each day. I have been looking for something and I hope you or a reader can point me the right direction.
When I make yogurt, smoothie or applesauce, I always think it would be nice if I had some kind of reusable container that my 14 month old could “drink” it out of. Kind of like YoGurts or Plum Organics or Ella’s Kitchen. Those allow the child to squeeze the contents into their mouth. How could I do this at home? Any thoughts?
My daughter loves strawberry popsicles! Thanks for the quick recipe, I am going to get some strawberries and make these. Perfect for the holiday weekend!
